This is a lo-fi version of Glitch City Laboratories, meant for backup purposes. Everyone is encouraged to download a backup of the site every time one is made available, to prevent loss of all the research and data contained within GCL, should the website crash or something, which would really suck. The Glitch City Labs Team gives authorization for anyone to host this backup on their own website.

Description of Effects
TM17 is a relatively generic and unimpressive glitch move. It does a miniscule amount of damage, rarely ever hits, and has no animation. It also has no PP, making it impossible to use without a Gameshark or other cheating device.
